Half the feeder is for liquid nectar / sugar water stored in the soda bottle. The other half is for seed, fruit, bread and other solid food you feed the birds
You just need a 1 or 1.5 litre softdrink plastic bottle to complete the feeder.
You fill the bottle with sweet water and then screw it into the feeder and hang in a tree, bush, nail or hook in your garden, aviary or bird cage.
Size: 200mm diameter.
Sweet Water Recipe - A mix for sugar water is a half a cup (125g) of sugar and 4 cups (1 litre) of water. You can add more or less and test with your birds.
